Accuracy of Materials

Lingotuner does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current, and may make changes to them at any time without notice. However, Lingotuner makes no commitment to update the materials.

Payments and Subscriptions

Lingotuner offers three payment options:

• Monthly Subscription: A set character limit per month; unused characters do not carry over.
• Annual Subscription: The full character allotment is provided at the start of the subscription.
• Project Based Option: Purchase characters without a subscription; these characters never expire.

Subscription Upgrades

If a user wishes to upgrade their subscription plan, any remaining characters from the current subscription plan will be carried over to the upgraded plan, which takes effect immediately. Users may purchase supplementary characters at any time.

Modifications

Lingotuner may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the Romanian courts.

Service Description and Disclaimer

Lingotuner edits translations produced by services such as Google Translate, Bing, DeepL, and ChatGPT, but assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or quality of those translations. Users retain all rights to their texts; Lingotuner neither tracks nor stores materials beyond what is needed to provide the service, and cannot be held responsible for translation inaccuracies.
